Paste the code you copied earlier in the field labelled Enter Code.

Select the Authorized user license option, then click Next.

Launch the newly installed SPSS Statistics app. Click Yes.Ī prompt will ask if you want to move the installer to the trash.

Once the installation is complete, a prompt will ask for permission to access your Downloads folder.

Click Install, then enter your Mac's password, or use TouchID if available.

On the Software License Agreement screen, click Continue, then Agree.

Open the file titled SSC_28.00.00_MacOS.pkg.

Select and copy the complete string of text, then close the file. (screenshots are for SPSS 27 but the process is the same).

Open the text file named SPSS_28_2020_License. (screenshots are for SPSS 27 but the process is the same).

That will result in a folder called SPSS_28_Mac.

Once the download is complete, you may need to expand it by opening the file.

You will receive a confirmation on the next screen.

Open the SPSS_28_2020_License.txt file and copy the code.

When the installation completes, Start SPSS Statistics 28 License Authorization Wizard now should be checked.

Run the install file ( SS_CLIENT_64-BIT_28.0_M_W_M.exe) and follow the prompts to accept licence agreements, etc. (screenshots are for SPSS 27 but the process is the same).

Browse and select where to extract the files to and click Extract.

zip file by clicking the Extract all icon in the top right of the folder.

Navigate to the SPSS_28_Windows.zip folder.

You will need to sign in with your NDUS identifier.
